10:30 AM Allee Victorian Mansion - Newell on the Iowa State University
Research Farm Home of George Matthew Allee, (1877-1958),
The Allee mansion has been beautifully restored to the
Victorian turn of the century era. The exterior boasts
of a color scheme involving twelve different colors. On
the National Registry of Historic Places. Has received
several state awards for outstanding preservation of a
historic place.
